Welcome to The Isle of the Lily RPG! The Isle is a new fantasy forum-based RPG - Become an Initiate and share in the experience of The Isle.

First, and foremost, The Isle is a place for Maidens of the Lily (females) and Hands of the Isle (males) to interact in a fantasy themed RPG.

Maidens and Hands are mages if you like, wielders of the annuuth - magic. There are different aspects to this magic however, each with different affinities. or Skills. This is how we come to differentiate the Maidens and Hands into the seven Guilds: Spirit, Earth, Sky, Water, Moon, and into the House of Lore, and Hall of Equity.

Each Guild is defined by their particular Skills in wielding annuuth. This Skill is how they will be known in RPG, and how new initiates will be trained. In addition, each will have a particular role or association in the organization of the site.

Each Guild is lead by a Guild Leader, who is assisted by two Speakers, one male and one female. The Speakers are to be treated with the utmost respect as senior members. They are responsible for helping to monitor the Guilds, reporting to their head of Guild and the Arianne. They are collaborators in RPG plots and responsible for deciding when a trainee is ready to be raised to Maiden or Hand.

Junior members are Initiates, and are able to affiliate themselves with and become Initiates of a Guild. Once they are raised to Maiden/Hand, they are bound to that Guild. Before this time, it is possible to change, but not preferable.
